Been using the Zen pump for a little over a month and it has made a difference so far. I have peyonies, my doctor said to get a pump to help me, I have lost length and girth from peyonies. This pump is slowly straightening my penis and getting my length and girth back. Wife says it's like it was when we first met, erections are getting stronger. Very happy with this pump so far and customer service (Jason) is great. Looking forward to exceed what it once was.

Been doing PE for many years. This is a pump that is amazingly comfortable, easy to use and man is it durable. I've used mine for over 5 years. I can't recommend this pump from them enough. It's the only thing I would buy from them. I've actually grown out of the cylinder. I pump three times a day so two of those times I use less pressure so I can still fit in this one. Don't hesitate. Buy it.

Iโve used several pumps from bathmate to traditional gauge manual pumps, and this pump blows all of them away. The comfort, ease of use, the quietness and convenience is above anything else on the market right now. This is a must buy if youโre serious about training.

Best pump your money can buy. Throw your manual pump in the trash. This is the real deal. Results are 100%

Over the years Iโve used 5 or 6 different penis pumps and I could never get consistent with them due to being uncomfortable, the twins getting sucked in the tube along with my lower abdomen, but this pump by Zen Hanger is super comfortable. The twins and abdomen does not get sucked in the tube. I also love that itโs automatic and super quiet. I recommend this pump to anyone looking to use one. Thanks Zen Hanger!!!

Penis Hanger & Male Enhancement FAQs
How discreet is your shipping of Penis Hangers?
We understand your need for privacy when ordering from us. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no logos are hints of what is inside your package. The return address is printed as "Z shipping department" so even if someone happens to read your mail they wont have an idea of whats inside. For international orders we do not use the word penis on customs forms. We use vague and basic descriptions such as "weights" or "stretching system" to help keep your privacy a priority even with customs.
Is Penis Hanging Safe?
Yes, penis extension through weight hanging has historical precedent in various cultures. As with any physical practice, there are inherent risks that must be carefully considered. Proper education, medical guidance, and adherence to safety protocols are essential for anyone considering this approach.
Will I achieve girth gains along with my length gains from penis weight hanging?
User experiences vary significantly - some individuals report changes while others do not experience any noticeable differences. Among those who report changes, some mention observations in the base area when using weight hanging approaches. For those specifically interested in girth-focused techniques, our Zen Clamp penis clamping kit is designed for that particular approach.
How much and how fast will I see results from weight hanging?
Results vary significantly based on individual factors including consistency of use, duration of sessions, length of time using the product, and individual physiology. Multiple factors influence outcomes. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise routine. You can view user testimonials on our results page, though individual experiences may vary.
Will I see changes in both erect and flaccid measurements?
Some users report changes in both erect and flaccid measurements, though results vary considerably between individuals. For example, some users may experience different ratios of change between erect and flaccid states. Individual results depend on many factors including physiology, consistency of use, and technique.
What is the return policy for Zen Hanger penis hangers?
At Zen Hanger, we stand behind the effectiveness of our products, which is why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results within 60 days of purchase, simply follow our Money Back Process for a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Are there any potential risks or side effects associated with using penis hangers?
As with any device or exercise equipment, there are potential risks. Some users may experience temporary discomfort, skin irritation, or other side effects. It's important to follow all instructions carefully and discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects. We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using this or any similar product, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns.

My old style weights would not full go to the bottom of the tube due to differences in different designs over the years. My weight were purchased before the vac hanger was even developed. I had to grind the edges of about 6 weights to get them to fit to the bottom of the tube. The rest fit fine. There is a slight taper to the inside of the tube. All in all worth the extra effort.
