How the Zen Pump works
Three steps. No bulb, no hand pumping.
-
Step 1. Fit the base
Slide the silicone base onto the tube and seat it at the base of the shaft. It seals there, so the sack stays outside the tube. A little water-based gel on the seal helps it seal.
-
Step 2. Press plus
Hold plus to build pressure slowly and stop at the first level that feels snug, not tight. The digital display and timer show where you are, and the pump holds the pressure for you.
-
Step 3. Press minus
Once to stop and hold. Twice to release all pressure and slide the tube off. Rinse the tube and base with warm water and mild soap, air dry, and charge over USB.
Get the most from every session: start at the lowest pressure, keep sessions short with rest between them, and stop at any sharp pain, numbness or discoloration. Not for shower or bath use; the pump is not waterproof. Any fuller feel after a session is temporary.
The three things guys ask us before they order
In their words, answered straight.
“Will my balls get sucked in?”
The Zen Pump base seals on the shaft, not the sack, so the tube pulls on what is inside the seal. Seat the base flat in the right tube size; a little water-based gel helps it seal.
“The twins and abdomen does not get sucked in the tube.”
“What if it won’t stop?”
Minus once: the motor stops and holds where it is. Minus twice: everything releases to zero. Two presses, no valve to hunt for.
The display shows the pressure and a timer for the whole session, and the pump holds the pressure on its own.
“Who’s going to know?”
Plain box, no logo, no product name. Return label: Z shipping department. Card statement: ZH LLC. Customs form: no product name.
Ships from Southern California. Nobody at the door, the bank or the border sees what it is.

Questions before you order
Which size do I need?
Measure erect: length with a ruler pressed lightly to the pubic bone, girth with a soft tape at the thickest point. Standard (2.5 x 8 in) fits erect girth up to about 6.5 in and length up to 7 in. XL (3.25 x 10 in) is for girth over 6.5 in or length over 7 in. Between sizes, go XL. The Complete Kit includes both tubes and both bases.
How do I stop it?
Press minus once and the motor stops and holds the pressure. Press minus again and all pressure releases to zero so the tube slides off.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
30+ sessions per charge on average use. Charge over the USB cable in the box; a full charge takes about an hour.
Can I use it in the shower or bath?
No. The Zen Pump is not waterproof. Dry use only; rinse the tube and base after a session and let them air dry.
What's in the box?
The pump head, one tube in your size, the matching silicone base, and the USB charging cable.
What's the warranty?
One year on the pump head. The silicone base is a consumable and is not covered; most users replace it every 2 to 4 months. A spare base is $19.99 (Standard) or $24.99 (XL).
What's the return policy?
60-day money-back guarantee. Contact support for a return authorization within 60 days, ship the item back at your own cost, and the refund is issued when the warehouse receives it, minus the original shipping. Full terms are on the guarantee page.
How is it shipped and billed?
It ships from Southern California in a plain box with no logos. The return label reads Z shipping department, your card statement reads ZH LLC, and nothing on customs forms names the product. Shipping is by weight and is shown at checkout.
Should I get the pump on its own or the Complete Kit?
The pump on its own is $139 (Standard) or $149 (XL). The Complete Kit is $399 and includes the pump in both sizes plus the 10 lb hanging system, Vacuum Hanger, ADS stretcher, Zen Clamp, silicone sleeves and the Volume & Recovery supplement (bought separately $611.96). If you plan to pump and hang, the kit is the cheaper way to get both.
