How penis weight hanging works

Step 1. Wrap, then attach
Wrap a silicone sleeve below the head, then set the cotton noose over the sleeve and snug the bead lock. Sleeve first, so the noose grips the sleeve, not skin. Done flaccid.

Step 2. Add weight a little at a time
Hang the eye bolt from the noose and start with the lightest disc. Add a disc only when the current weight feels easy.

Step 3. Short sessions, then rest
Zen Hanger's instructions call for 10 to 20 minutes per session. Take the weight off, let everything return to normal, and rinse the sleeves and noose with warm water.

Which penis weight system should I start with?
Start with the 6.5 lb system if you want the smallest steps: it adds weight in half-pound discs. The 10 lb system adds 1 lb discs and gives you more headroom before you buy more weight. Do I need to be erect to hang?
No. Hanging is done flaccid. Wrap a silicone sleeve first, then set the noose over the sleeve.
How long is a session?
Zen Hanger's instructions call for 10 to 20 minutes, then the weight comes off. Start with the lightest disc and add weight only when the current weight feels easy.
Will the noose slip or pinch?
The cotton noose has a double bead lock and sits over a silicone sleeve, so it grips the sleeve, not skin. If it slips, re-wrap the sleeve and snug the lock before adding weight.
Can I add weight to a hanger I already own?
Yes. The half-pound and 1 lb discs and the eye bolts are sold on their own.
