Questions before you order
Noose or lace-up?
Both hold over a silicone sleeve. The lace-up spreads the hold across about 1.5 in of leather and suits manual stretches and light weights; the cotton noose is the one that ships with the systems.
How do I lace it?
From the bottom down, over a silicone sleeve. Tight, it closes to about 1 in across; lace it looser for a wider fit.
What's the return policy?
60-day money-back guarantee. Contact support for a return authorization within 60 days, ship the item back at your own cost, and the refund is issued when the warehouse receives it, minus the original shipping. Full terms are on the guarantee page.
How is it shipped and billed?
It ships from Southern California in a plain box with no logos. The return label reads Z shipping department, your card statement reads ZH LLC, and nothing on customs forms names the product. Shipping is by weight and is shown at checkout.
