This is the same velcro strap that comes with the original vacuum hanger system. It is used to increase the strength of the connection between the vacuum sleeve and pump tube. We sell these individually just in case you want a spare one or happen to lose the original. These measure 1 inch wide x 18 inches long and are the perfect length to tighten around the diameter of the 3.25" wide vac hanger tube.
