The custom sleeves for your Zen Hanger Penis Vac Weight Hanging System can wear out over time. We have you covered with replacement sleeves in two sizes. The diameter of the larger side is the same on both sizes as it is made to fit the diameter of the vacuum tube. The smaller side of the sleeve comes in two sizes. The standard size is .75" in diameter and the large size is 1" in diameter. You should have received one of each of these sizes with your vac system. Choose the size that best fits you when purchasing replacement sleeves.
