Been using the Zen pump for a little over a month and it has made a difference so far. I have peyonies, my doctor said to get a pump to help me, I have lost length and girth from peyonies. Over the years I’ve used 5 or 6 different penis pumps and I could never get consistent with them due to being uncomfortable, the twins getting sucked in the tube along with my lower abdomen, but this pump by Zen Hanger is super comfortable.
